My first project with The Adventure Bakery and ASICS couldn’t have been more thrilling. Picture this: high-performance athletes, cutting-edge apparel, and sports science all coming together for one purpose — to study how pacing strategies impact effort perception.
In December 2023, ASICS scientists and elite runners collaborated on a groundbreaking experiment, running loops on the same track while chasing a light that set their pace. Every stride, every heartbeat was carefully measured to understand how pacing shapes performance.
It was a large-scale production with a big team, all working to bring this unique study to life. The combination of precision, technology, and athletic excellence made it one of the most exciting projects I’ve been part of.
